Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCMR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,305 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCMR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of natural killer cell differentiation, Regulation of dendritic cell apoptotic process, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with FCMR in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCMR results are reported.
