Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARR3, HSFY2, and TECRL. Each is linked with FCMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCMR results are reported.
