Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCGR2C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FCGR2C data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher FCGR2C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCGR2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, TGCT, and UCEC are the cancer types where FCGR2C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
