Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCGR1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FCGR1A data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher FCGR1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCGR1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where FCGR1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
