FCGR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,732 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, ITGAX, and PARVG. Each is linked with FCGR1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR1A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCGR1A versus PLEKHO2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
