Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,706 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCGR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR2A, C1QC, and FCGR1B. Each is linked with FCGR1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR1A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCGR1A versus FCGR2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
