FCGR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4BP8, CBX1P5, and CCT3P1. Each is linked with FCGR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR1A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB4BP8 grouped by FCGR1A-low versus FCGR1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
