FCGR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with FCGR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR1A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by FCGR1A-low versus FCGR1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
