Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCGBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FCGBP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FCGBP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCGBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where FCGBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
