Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCF1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,735 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCF1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell maturation, Eye morphogenesis, and Establishment of protein localization to telomere. Each is linked with FCF1P9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCF1P9-to-partner and partner-to-FCF1P9 results are reported.
