Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCF1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FCF1P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher FCF1P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCF1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where FCF1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
