Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCF1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,984 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCF1P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Vacuole organization, and Smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with FCF1P10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCF1P10-to-partner and partner-to-FCF1P10 results are reported.
