Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCF1P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FCF1P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FCF1P10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCF1P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, THCA, and PCPG are the cancer types where FCF1P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
