FCF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYG2P1, MIR521-2, and MIR519A1. Each is linked with FCF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCF1-to-partner and partner-to-FCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYG2P1 grouped by FCF1-low versus FCF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
