FCAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,703 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCAR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP9, ITGAM, and NCF1. Each is linked with FCAR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCAR-to-partner and partner-to-FCAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
