FCAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCAR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with FCAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCAR-to-partner and partner-to-FCAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
