FCAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMDEC1, TOPAZ1, and ARGFX. Each is linked with FCAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCAR-to-partner and partner-to-FCAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
