The most reproducible FBXW8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with FBXW8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW8-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW8 results are reported.
