Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXW7-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXW7-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher FBXW7-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXW7-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and READ show a favorable association.

LGG, MESO, and LAML are the cancer types where FBXW7-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
