Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXW5-associated genes across cancer lineages are STMN1, FAM72B, and AKR1C3. Each is linked with FBXW5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW5-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW5 versus STMN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
