Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXW5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 30 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXW5 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FBXW5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXW5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and DLBC show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and UVM are the cancer types where FBXW5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
