Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXW4P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXW4P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher FBXW4P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXW4P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LAML show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where FBXW4P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
