Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXW4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXW4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FBXW4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXW4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where FBXW4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
