FBXW4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,382 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXW4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, PEBP1, and NAA15. Each is linked with FBXW4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW4 versus NHLRC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
