Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXW4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERH, CYTOR, and GLRA4. Each is linked with FBXW4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW4 versus ERH in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
