The most reproducible FBXW4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Sperm motility, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with FBXW4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW4 results are reported.
