Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXW10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, eIF4E, and GATA3. Each is linked with FBXW10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW10-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by FBXW10-low versus FBXW10-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
