Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXW10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXW10 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher FBXW10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXW10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and OV show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and UCS are the cancer types where FBXW10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
