The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FBXO48 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO48 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where FBXO48 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
