FBXO48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,049 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO48-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAP2, PIKFYVE, and PAPOLG. Each is linked with FBXO48 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO48-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO48→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
