The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher FBXO43 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where FBXO43 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
