FBXO41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO41-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRFBP1, GPR180, and SNIP1. Each is linked with FBXO41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO41-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRFBP1 grouped by FBXO41-low versus FBXO41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO41→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
