Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,531 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, Nicotinate metabolic process, and Nicotinamide nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FBXO4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO4 results are reported.
