FBXO38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,624 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM3B, UBE2J1, and RASA1. Each is linked with FBXO38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO38-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO38 versus KDM3B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO38→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
