FBXO38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO38-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, TSEN34, and SAMM50. Each is linked with FBXO38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO38-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDT1 grouped by FBXO38-low versus FBXO38-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO38→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
