FBXO36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,500 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO36-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD18, TTC30A, and TRAF3IP1. Each is linked with FBXO36 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO36-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO36 versus KCTD18 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO36→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
