FBXO36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,206 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIS3L2, IFT140, and TTC21B. Each is linked with FBXO36 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO36-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO36 versus DIS3L2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO36→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
