Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 666 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11A, ILVBL, and RPL28. Each is linked with FBXO36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO36-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO36 versus RAB11A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO36→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
