FBXO33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,542 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, FKBP3, and PPIF. Each is linked with FBXO33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO33-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO33 versus YLPM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO33→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
