Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXO33 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FBXO33 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and MESO show a favorable association.

LUAD, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where FBXO33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
