Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 847 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO33-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGL2, POPDC2, and GTSF1L. Each is linked with FBXO33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO33-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO33 versus RGL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO33→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
