Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,912 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, TAGLN, and PALLD. Each is linked with FBXO32 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO32-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO32 results are reported.
