Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO32 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 15 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of FBXO32’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where FBXO32 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types FBXO32 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as COAD and READ show the opposite, repressed pattern.

LUAD, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where FBXO32 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
