Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 858 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF33, GGCTP1, and PRLR. Each is linked with FBXO32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO32-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO32 versus ARHGEF33 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.90.
