Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU1-68P, and MIR6507. Each is linked with FBXO32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO32-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by FBXO32-low versus FBXO32-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO32→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
