Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,315 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent catabolic process, Response to denervation involved in regulation of muscle adaptation, and Regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with FBXO32 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO32-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent catabolic process grouped by FBXO32-low versus FBXO32-high in KIDNEY.
