FBXO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,209 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRGN, TRAF6, and TSG101. Each is linked with FBXO3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO3-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO3 versus SRGN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
