Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,446 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2C, CDKN3, and CENPI. Each is linked with FBXO3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO3-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO3 versus UBE2C in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
