Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi organization, Autophagosome assembly, and Autophagy. Each is linked with FBXO3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO3-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO3 results are reported.
