The most reproducible FBXO27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSTM2, UCHL1, and MAPRE3. Each is linked with FBXO27 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO27-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO27 results are reported.
